Wings of Faith

    My name is Sherry Coleman and I have been singing gospel  since 1976.  I sang with The Hamilton Sisters from then up well into the 1980's.  In 1994 God blessed me to form The Gospel Harmony Trio, which I now sing with, although we don't get to go as often as we use to.  God has blessed the trio to record 4 projects. God has blessed me to record 2 solo projects, one in 1987 and one in 2001.   I  have been married to Bobby Coleman for 30 years and we have two children, who are Christians.  Bobby works at Velocity Market where he is one of the managers.   God has blessed us to run a small business in Pikeville.  Bobby named it Sherry's Candy Kitchen.  Our daughter Kim, age 28,  is married to Chris Fields, a young minister.  They are the Youth Pastors at our home church, Penny Road Community Church.  They have one beautiful child, Christopher "Tate", age 3 and are expecting a second son very, very soon, whose name will be Garrett "Carver".  His due date is May 25th.  Kim teaches school at Phelps Elementary and Chris sells insurance for Monumental.  Kim is the church pianist at Penny Road and Chris plays guitar.  They both sing.   Our son, Robby, has not found the right someone just yet so he is  single, age 26, and works with the young adults at Penny Road Community Church as well as plays bass guitar.  He loves to make people laugh.  He is a miracle child, having gone through a blood disorder at age 4-5.  God has brought him through a lot of health issues.  Even now he is going through an issue wilth his sight.  He is legally blind in his left eye and will start wearing a hard contact lens in his right eye next week due to a decrease in the vision.   Anyone who reads this, we would appreciate and be thankful for your prayers for him.  Well , I guess I've said enough.  Above all I thank God for His many blessings upon us.  I'm thankful He sent His only Son Jesus to die for our sins.   Without Him we can do nothing and we are nothing.  Praise HIS name forevermore!
